This time we present the vegetarian and vegan OK Green Burger, available at Mos Burger!
The teriyaki sauce and veggie mayonnaise go great with the soy meat patty.

This time we had a set of fries and a drink, so the price was 1,040 yen.
It features a green bun with spinach puree kneaded into it.
This burger is made with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and a patty made from soy-based ingredients.
The sauce is green teriyaki mayo sauce.
It is served separately, so you can adjust the amount.
The mayo sauce is egg-free and vegan!
It contains edamame beans and is slightly green.
The teriyaki sauce is soy sauce based, rich and slightly salty.
Serve with sauce on top!
The green buns have a sweet taste, with the spinach taste not being that noticeable.
The patty had a satisfying texture, containing not only soybeans but also konnyaku and carrots!
They had a nice charred flavor, as if they had been grilled over a charcoal fire, and the soy smell did not bother me at all.
The vegetables were fresh and filling, and I would recommend this dish to anyone who wants to get their vegetables!
